clicknames registers domains at low cost. They charge just £10.00 (£11.75 incl. VAT.) per two years for a co.uk domain and just £10.00 (£11.75) for web and mail forwarding per year.
They will allow you to host a domain on your own dns servers at no extra charge, or you can park the domain for free (they will display a holding page) or for £7.50 (£8.81) they can provide web and email forwarding.
